Qace Media Monthly Raffle — Terms & Conditions - Qace Media

“Qace Media” refers to Qace Media Ltd., registered in Nigeria.
“Promotion” means the monthly raffle draw (e.g., “Lagos Lens Lottery”).
“Participant” / “Entrant” means any individual who submits a valid entry form.
“Winner” means the Participant randomly selected to receive one free Qace Media service.

Open to residents of Lagos State, Nigeria, aged 18 years or older.
Employees of Qace Media, its affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible.
Only one entry per person per month; duplicate or automated entries are void.

Entries open 00:00 on Day 1 and close 23:59 on Day 25 of each calendar month (WAT, Africa/Lagos).

Complete the official online entry form and choose one Qace Media service (wedding coverage, birthday shoot, corporate shoot, content creation, event coverage, or training).
Confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by ticking the consent box.
Provide accurate contact details; Qace Media is not responsible for unreachable winners.

A random draw will be conducted between Day 26 and Day 30.
The Winner will be announced live on Qace Media’s Instagram account and contacted via email/phone within 24 hours.
If the Winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate will be contacted in order of selection.

Scope: One (1) complimentary service selected during entry, delivered within Lagos.
Validity: The service must be redeemed within 30 days of the draw, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Studio Requirement:
- All photo‐shoot sessions will take place at the Qace Media studio (Lagos mainland).
- If the Winner requests an on-location or home service, a logistics fee of ₦5,000 – ₦30,000 (exact amount determined by distance and accessibility within Lagos) is payable before the shoot date.
Date Confirmation & Rescheduling:
- Once a shoot date is mutually agreed, the Winner may not change or cancel the date within 48 hours (two days) of the appointment.
- Failure to attend or late cancellation will be deemed a forfeiture of the prize, with no cash alternative.
Service Limits: Coverage hours, deliverables, and crew size follow Qace Media’s standard package for the chosen service unless upgrades are purchased separately.

By accepting the prize, the Winner grants Qace Media a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use photographs, video, and testimonials from the session for marketing (website, social media, ads) in perpetuity.
The Winner may share the delivered content for personal, non-commercial use with credit to Qace Media.

Personal data is processed solely to administer the Promotion, fulfill the prize, and send marketing communications if opt-in consent is given. Data will be handled in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

Qace Media will not be liable for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted, or for any technical failures.
Except for liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, Qace Media’s liability is limited to the value of the advertised prize.

Qace Media reserves the right to disqualify any entry that breaches these Terms, is fraudulent, or brings the company into disrepute.

Qace Media may amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion or these Terms at any time, with reasonable notice posted on its website, if circumstances beyond its control require it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.
