How far in advance should I book event photography services?
It’s best to book at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for weddings and corporate events, to ensure availability.
Do you require a deposit to secure the booking?
Yes, we require a deposit (usually 30-50%) to confirm the booking. The balance is due before or on the event day
How many photographers will cover my event
Depending on the size and type of event, we can provide one or multiple photographers to ensure full coverage.
What happens if the event runs longer than expected?
We offer extra time at an additional hourly rate, which can be arranged in advance or on-site.
Can we request specific shots or a shot list?
Absolutely! We encourage clients to provide a shot list to ensure we capture all key moments.
Do you edit all the photos?
Yes! All images undergo basic editing (color correction, exposure adjustment, cropping, etc.). Advanced retouching is available at an additional cost.
Can I get raw (unedited) images?
We typically deliver fully edited images, but RAW files can be provided for an extra fee.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Deposits are non-refundable, but we can reschedule depending on availability.
Do you travel for events?
Yes! We cover events in different locations, though travel and accommodation fees may apply for events outside our service area.
